Refund Policy
At Aampura Foods, we do not accept returns once an order has been successfully delivered.
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- If the ordered product is out of stock after payment has been processed.
- If the product is damaged upon delivery. In such cases, the customer may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damaged item promptly after receipt.
- If the product is lost during transit and delivery is not completed.
Return
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return,
Aampura Foods reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion due to internal reasons. We may request additional information to facilitate the processing of your order. Should your order or any portion of it be canceled, you will be notified promptly. In the event that your order is canceled after payment has been charged, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
